Measurement Computing's USB-5203 is a temperature logger that provides eight temperature inputs and supports all of the common sensors types—thermocouples, RTDs, thermistors, and semiconductor temperature sensors. Temperature measurements can be stored onto a 512 MB Compact Flash card (included with hardware). The data can then be read and downloaded either by removing the CF card and inserting it into a CF reader, or by connecting the device directly to a PC via the USB port.

The USB-5203 provides temperature measurement flexibility as it can be moved and installed anywhere you need to measure temperature, without the need for a dedicated PC or laptop. High/low alarms can be programmed to trigger digital I/O lines.

The USB-5203 offers the most accurate temperature measurement possible, since the internal measurement electronics accuracy exceeds the accuracy specifications of the temperature sensors. In other words, the USB-5203 will provide the best measurement your sensor is capable of.

The USB-5203 can be configured via the USB port using the included InstaCal in a matter of minutes. The data can be analyzed and charted using our powerful DAQ software, available in a full range of options—from no programming, to graphical programming, to custom programming.

It now offers four different data acquisition applications; a Strip Chart, an Oscilloscope, a Function Generator and a Rate Generator, all of which are accessed via a common, easy-to-use menu page. TracerDAQ is provided standard with all Measurement Computing PCI-and USB-based data acquisition products to get customers up and running quickly and efficiently.

Optional Software
	DASYLab^® Software lets you interactively develop PC-based data acquisition applications by simply attaching functional icons. DASYLab offers real-time analysis, control, and the ability to create custom graphical user interfaces (GUIs). What’s more, in contrast to other graphical programming environments, which can require weeks of training to master, DASYLab has a very short user-learning curve. Many applications can be configured in a few minutes, rather than days or weeks.
	TracerDAQ® Pro Provides four virtual instrument applications used to graphically display and store input data – and generate output signals – within minutes of installing Measurement Computing data acquisition hardware. The applications allow the user to customize appearance, store configurations for future use, save data to a file for export and – with the use of interactive hotspots – change settings while the application is running.
