Measurement Computing WebDAQ

Help and Support

WebDAQ is a portable data acquisition system used to acquire and view data on your web browser1 from any WebDAQ device installed on the network. Acquired data can be logged to internal device storage or to user-supplied external media2.

With WebDAQ, you control the timing, synchronization, and data transfer of multiple independent hardware-timed I/O jobs.

Use the web interface to customize how you configure and manage measurement data. You configure each DAQ task as a job, and control when each job runs with the schedule.

1   The latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, UC Browser, or Opera recommended. Compatible with IE v11 with the latest Windows Updates installed. Not recommended for use with other IE versions or the Edge browser.
2   If you expect to acquire a large amount of data to a single file when logging to external media, do not use media formatted with the FAT32 file system, as the max file size is limited to 4 GB. If the log file on FAT32 media grows beyond that size, a "File too large" error is returned and the acquisition stops. Before starting a logging session of this type, reformat the media using a different file system such as NTFS. Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) topic for more information about file systems.
