Firmware version 1.03
This firmware update applies to both standard and OEM versions.

This firmware update resolves accuracy issues in the internal 
clock rate selection at very high AI and AO rates.  Prior, the 
maximum resulting internal clock rates were 49975 Hz for AI and 
123765 Hz for AO.

2. Updating firmware using InstaCal
================================================

Determine installed firmware version:

To determine the firmware version currently installed on your 
USB-1808, run the InstaCal utility provided with the MCC DAQ software.
Double-click the device to open the Board Configuration dialog.
The currently installed firmware version is displayed in the 
lower right corner of the dialog.

Firmware update procedure:

1. Download the 'USB-1808.iic' file and copy it to the FirmwareImages 
   subdirectory of the DAQ installation directory 
   ("Program Files\Measurement Computing\DAQ\FirmwareImages" by default).
2. Connect the USB-1808 to your computer.
3. Run InstaCal and click the Download Firmware toolbar icon to open the 
   Firmware Loader dialog.
4. Click the Load Firmware button to start installing the firmware. 

After the firmware is installed, the Status field displays "Firmware 
update completed", and the Device firmware version field displays the 
firmware version installed on the device. 

Click the X in the upper right corner to exit.
