I needed a DAQ board to analyze waveforms ranging from .1Hz to 250KHz also RF signals Down Converted from the GHz range. I purchased this card because I was aware of the company for many years and new their quality demands. I designed and wrote my own application in Visual Studio C++ and the software library provided performed as advertised. I have been using the board for a couple of years now and it has functioned without any problems. I would recommend this board for several reasons the main is that the standard C++ library is applicable to several versions of Windows from Win 2K, XP Win 7. I was also aware of the PCI bus interface Chip used and knew it was compatible through the Windows operating system range. Thank you MCC JT

does all the channels operating simultaneously each channel can handle up to 1MS/s and does it support Matlab
There is only one A/D converter on the PCI-25xx series boards, so true simultaneous sampling is not possible. The 1 MHz A/D throughput must be divided by the number of AI channels for this series. If you require true simultaneous sampling at 1 MHz, consider the USB-1604HS, which can handle 4 inputs. As for mV accuracy, that varies by input range, so have a look at the datasheet for the model of choice, then determine which range you will use, and then look at the accuracy specs for that range in the datasheet. The Mathwork’s Data Acquisition Toolbox for MATLAB does support these two model families.
